Services Offered and Pricing

This is a digital service available on the web version of Crisp. Prices displayed are in Japanese yen and include tax. There are no shipping charges or payment processing fees charged by Crisp. Users are responsible for any data charges incurred from their internet connection.

Payment and Delivery Schedule

Payment is processed via Stripe. Payment for your first purchase and any additional purchases is due at the time of purchase, while recurring payments for the Plus plan are due on each renewal date. The date your credit card is charged is determined by your card issuer. Access becomes available immediately upon confirmation of payment.

Credit Terms of Use

A successful new recipe costs 10 credits per 1 recipe, once generation, translation, inspection, and publication are complete. An AI cooking consultation costs 1 credit per 1 successful reply. Photo consultations and AI follow-up questions cost the same. Fixed guidance and safety information, and viewing existing recipes, use no credits.

Your monthly Plus allocation expires at the time of your next monthly grant and does not roll over. Even with an annual payment plan, it is granted monthly. Additional purchases have no expiration date and can still be used even if you cancel your Plus subscription and revert to the Free plan. Automatic recharges, transfers to others, and cash redemption are not permitted.

Stopping Auto-Renewal, Changing Plans, and Account Deletion

Plus will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel the renewal before the next billing cycle by going to “Manage Subscriptions, Payment Methods, and Invoices” on your My Page. Ads will remain hidden and your monthly benefits will continue until the end of the paid period. There is no minimum subscription period.

You can schedule a switch between monthly and annual payment plans through My Page, effective at your next renewal. Please check your next billing date and amount.

Stopping auto-renewal and deleting your account are separate steps. If you have started the payment process, contact us to request account deletion—even if you have not made a purchase—so we can review your subscription, credit balance, and any refund matters.

Refunds, Account Deletion, and Service Termination

There are no prorated refunds for early cancellation of the Plus plan. Additional credits are non-refundable for personal reasons. Exceptions include duplicate charges, service failures, and refunds required by law. Please contact customer support for refund inquiries.

When you delete your account, we will tell you the balance of any unused purchased credits and that they will no longer be usable after deletion. We will expire that balance only after confirming your consent. This does not limit any refund rights required by law.

If the operator discontinues this service, unused purchased credits will be refunded. We will provide advance notice regarding eligible balances, refund methods, and the application process. Free credits are not eligible for monetary refunds. Refunds required by law will be handled separately.

Application Deadline, Quantity, and System Requirements

There is no application deadline. The limit is 1 Plus subscription per 1 account and 1 set of additional credits per 1 purchase. No automatic purchase or charge occurs when your balance is insufficient.

You will need a device with internet connectivity, a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an account capable of email verification. Before purchasing, please verify that the service works by browsing free recipes or logging in. New purchases cannot be made within the app.

Separate from your credit balance, there is a limit of up to 3 recipe generations within 1 day, along with other limits to prevent misuse and manage operating costs. AI features may be temporarily unavailable because of service disruptions or usage limits. AI output does not guarantee that a dish has been cooked or verified as safe.

AI agent integration is currently in limited release; we will announce the general release date on this service. With the AI agent integration, you can search for and view recipes, check device information, access “My Devices” and “Favorites,” and receive meal plan suggestions even with the Free plan; saving meal plans is a benefit exclusive to the Plus plan. You can save up to 20 meal plans, and you can view and delete saved meal plans even after your Plus subscription ends. AI-generated recipe creation and cooking consultations are not included in the integration tools and must be accessed via the web version. To use these features, you must connect through a compatible AI agent and have the necessary app environment; usage fees for the connected app are not included in Crisp’s pricing.
