This credit is consumed when the process—from generation, translation, and verification through to publication and storage—is successfully completed. The recipe you create will be published and can be viewed by others.
No credits are used if delivery fails or review is unsuccessful. The required credits are reserved during processing. If the outcome is unknown, we check the same request.
Use Plus monthly credits with the nearest expiry first, then free credits, then purchased credits with no expiry.
You can purchase 20 additional credits for 500 yen or wait for your next credit allocation. You can make additional purchases even with a free account, and there is no automatic recharge. Even if you have a balance, if it’s less than the 10 credits required to create a recipe, you will be considered to have insufficient funds.
You receive 40 credits each month, just like with the monthly payment plan. You pay 9,800 yen annually in a lump sum, and credits are granted on a monthly basis. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month.
No credits are used unless generation, review, and saving the published recipe succeed. For cooking support, credits are returned if a normal reply cannot be delivered. If the outcome is unknown, check the same request instead of sending a new one.
Plus and ad-free access continue until the end of the paid period. Monthly credit grants on an annual plan also continue. Purchased credits have no expiry and remain usable after returning to Free.
You can schedule changes for your next renewal through the "Subscription Management" section of your My Page. You can also cancel a scheduled change to maintain your original billing cycle or cancel your subscription altogether. Simply switching plans will not result in duplicate credit awards.
Free credits are granted on the 1st of every month (Japan Standard Time), while Plus credits are granted monthly based on the subscription start date. Monthly free credit grants are suspended while you are a Plus subscriber.

There are no prorated refunds for early cancellation of the Plus plan. Additional credits are non-refundable for personal reasons. Exceptions include duplicate charges, service failures, and refunds required by law. Please contact customer support for refund inquiries.
This fee applies to the web version. We will not retroactively bill you for usage prior to the transition to the credit system.
