This is a prototype in which dough made from flour and butter is sliced thinly and cooked in small batches in the inner pot.
These recipes are specific to each model number. Even within the same brand, do not apply settings intended for one model to another.
After cooking, check the doneness requirements in the main instructions.
This is the cooking time for the first round. Please refer to the instructions for preheating. You’ll need to check for doneness and cook further as needed.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. The initial 15-minute setting is for 1 batch; the full quantity requires at least 2 batches. The total time, including shaping, additional cooking, and cooling each batch, has not been measured.
Soften 20g of butter until it’s soft enough to mix, then add 12g of powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Stir in 3ml of milk, add 40g of cake flour, and mix with a rubber spatula until no dry flour remains. Do not taste the dough.
Discuss these instructionsShape the dough into a log about 4cm in diameter (and about 5cm long) on a sheet of plastic wrap, wrap it, and chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap completely, then slice it into 10 pieces no more than 5mm thick. Do not use plastic wrap during cooking.
Discuss these instructionsPlace 5 pieces in a cold inner pot, spacing them at least 1cm apart. Do not line the pot with paper or foil, and do not place the dough directly on the inner mesh rack. Cover the remaining dough and refrigerate it. Insert the inner mesh rack in the correct orientation, and orient the inner pot’s handle front to back relative to the front of the basket. Place the pot in the center or toward the front of the inner rack, leaving the rear steam vent clear. Start the Air Oven at 150℃ for 15 minutes. Pause after 10 minutes to check the color of the edges, and stop before they start to burn. To continue, return the basket and resume cooking.
Discuss these instructionsCheck to see if the edges are lightly browned, if the bottom lifts away from the pot, and if there is no line of moist, uncooked batter in the center when you break 1 open. If it’s not done, set the Air Oven to 150℃ for 5 minutes, then stop it manually after 2〜3 minutes to check. Once baked, let them cool in the pot until they settle, then transfer them to a wire rack. Once the pot has cooled, place the remaining 5 pieces inside, and bake them using the same initial settings, checking periodically.
Discuss these instructionsCheck not only the color of the surface but also ensure that the bottom is firm and no raw, moist dough remains in the center. The firmness will change as it cools. The spread and texture when cooked in an actual air fryer have not been verified.
Use thoroughly chilled dough and a cooled pot, leaving at least 1cm of space between pieces.
Since the food is soft right out of the oven, let it cool slightly in the pot before lifting it with a wide spatula.

The manual states that a short press of TIME changes the setting by 5 minutes, while its cooking references also include times such as 18 minutes. Since actual device increments are unverified, this page uses initial settings in 5-minute increments and distinguishes them from elapsed checking times. Omitting alcohol is an independent prototype policy.
